RNF Racing had hurdles

RNF Racing had hurdles, which resulted in their expulsion from the 2024 lineup owing to financial issues with title partner CryptoDATA. Trackhouse, which had previously planned to enter MotoGP in 2025, accelerated their plans by acquiring RNF’s infrastructure, management, and riders Miguel Oliveira and Raul Fernandez.

Trackhouse’s MotoGP

Trackhouse’s MotoGP initiative complements the series’ expansion into the North American market. Notably, former NBA executive Dan Rossomondo’s hiring as Dorna’s chief commercial officer emphasizes MotoGP’s strategic commitment on extending its presence in the area.

The team’s home debut is scheduled for the Americas GP at the Circuit of the Americas in Austin on April 12-14, after its first MotoGP outing in Qatar on March 10.

Despite a pre-season penalty carried over from 2023 owing to Miguel Oliveira’s incident in the Qatar Grand Prix, Trackhouse hopes to have a huge impact in its inaugural season.
